In 2009, Banksy found himself in his first REAL graf-beef where it was hard to just hands-down consider him the winner. Old school UK writer and legend King Robbo started to openly tag over Banksy pieces after he complained Banksy had modified one of his most signature murals from the 80’s  (which he had). A few anti-Banksy pieces were put up, and a VERY mild sparing took place over the next few months. Channel 4 even produced a documentary about the feud in 2011.
Times have changed however, with King Robbo reportedly in a coma from a accidental fall while preparing for an upcoming art show. And with that, Banksy pushes aside the futile beef, and pays tribute to Robbo with a lit spraycan candle, paying tribute to a rival, but more importantly, a legend. Love this.
